Sensor Lights

LED sensor lights are ideal for outside areas of the home. They are hardwired so that they can be switched off when not required. The device is a ‘motion sensor activatedenergy efficient light with a wide detection range. The twin head is also adjustable to suit different locations

Rocker switches

This style of light switch is usually installed as an alternative to standard ‘smaller style’ switches.
This is because the rocker switch can be more manageable for those with fragile hands/fingers and can also aid those with vision impairment. 

Powerpoint installations

Our electrician can assist with the installation of power points both inside and outside of the home. 
For double storey homes or outdoor power points, our electrician may need to run additional cabling and conduit.

Stove Top Isolation Switch

This is applicable for use on electric stovetops and ovens. It is designed to turn on the the electricity supply to the appliance after pressing a switch and to automatically turn the stove off after a period of 20 minutes. A buzzer will sound once the 20 minutes period and the appliance will have to be reset for another 20 minute period. A bypass switch is fitted to enable the stove top or oven to be operated for an extended period if required.  

Photoelectric Smoke Alarms

In QLD new laws stipulate that, in order to comply under the QLD Fire and Emergency Act, homes should be fitted with interconnected smoke alarms that are hardwired throughout the home.
These new laws will be coming in to place over the next few years.
Our electrician is able to assist with the supply and installation of these items.

Hearing Impaired Smoke Alarms

 We can assist with the installation of hearing impaired smoke alarms which is a system designed to give warning to the deaf and hard of hearing by integrating the use of vibration pads (for under the pillow) and strobe lighting.
