Major Modifications

Custom platform/Ramps/Stairs

Larger sized platforms, ramps and stairs will be constructed from a red rock coloured material called Eko Deck. This type of material requires minimal maintenance and has a non-slip rating of R11. 

We can normally customise these ramps to suit most heights internally or externally around the home.

For larger custom platform/ramps our tradesmen may be required to make these items on-site.

Ceiling Hoists

Ceiling hoists are fitted to the ceiling within the home to assist with lifting and moving of individuals with limited mobility. They are designed to aid those who may not be able to move freely by themselves. Ceiling hoists can be installed into most areas within the home.

Stair Lifts

A stair lift is installed onto stairs to assist those that may have difficulty accessing the upper or lower levels of their homes. The mechanical device consists of a long rail that is fitted to the stairs and a chair platform that ascends and descends this rail. Stair lifts can be installed to suit straight or curved stairs and can be installed internally and externally within the home.
